For our guests who visit us and spring showers occur, Asheville still has so much to offer. We always recommend one of our favorite places, the Grove Arcade in downtown Asheville. Built by E.W. Grove, the same man who created of the Grove Park Inn.The Grove Arcade opened in 1929 an was one of the country’s leading public markets until World War II. During the war, the federal government seized control of the building. The renovated Grove Arcade reopened to the public in 2002 as a downtown destination featuring boutique locally owned stores, services, and dining options in a one of a kind architectural wonder.
With over 30 Shopping and Dining choices, the Grove Arcade has something for everyone. The best parking option is the Wall Street Garage.
Below is a list of our favorite choices. Remember to book early for your favorite room at Beaufort House Inn.
